we will only edit material that is owned or can be proved to be owned by you, the client. if material is in question relating to copyright then the client will have to prove in writing that they have permission to use such copyrighten material.

no material of an obscene or pornographic nature will be edited.

all care will be taken with your tapes, but owing to the nature of the transfer, ie mechanical, damage to old tapes can not be guaranteed.

NTSC to PAL convertion is available. POA

as all DVD players are different in age and quality, some have a problem playing "burnt" DVDs, especially older models. we use the latest software to create the DVDs and they are burnt on the latest DVD burners. we only use top quality blank DVDs for your project.

we will supply you with a secure link so you can watch your video on the internet to verify the content of your DVD before burning. your privacy is paramount to us.

any complaints concerning the DVDs must be made within 7 days of delivery as your material will be deleted from our systems after this time.

prices include postage and handling. delivery by Australia Post after receipt of payment.

payment can be made by PayPal, direct funds transfer or via credit card. all prices are ex GST.
